Remote monitoring
We offer a 24 hour real-time, internet-enabled monitoring service. This facilitates remote monitoring of performance, including:
- On / Off status
- Operating mode
- Current, voltage
- Data recording
Data can be accessed via the network using relevant software such as Dynamic System Monitor (DSM), Disturbance Fault Recorder (DFR) and Voltage Quality Recorder (VQR).
Service & maintenance
Preventative maintenance can prolong the life of systems, optimise operation and provide early warning of possible problems.
Our service and maintenance team delivers comprehensive preventive maintenance programs. A bespoke service contract can be established to suit the specific needs of the customer, the RXHK products and the facility. Typical contracts include periodic inspections and servicing to ensure the solution maintains its form, fit and functional characteristics to perform at optimum levels throughout its life cycle.
